We are proud to announce that we have been included in the Waitrose good food guide.
Highly regarded in the industry, the Good Food Guide isn’t published until next month on the 4th September but today announced its much coveted Top 50 and new entries. And Prévost, which serves “quintessentially Britsh food with a few surprises” was one of just six newbies in the eastern region YEY.
The guide, published annualy by Waitrose, describes us as an “unusual eatery” – and “promising ‘flavours without boundaries’, each dish features a selection from 16 coloured dots to demonstrate prominent flavours, including: ‘roasted’, ‘earthy’, ‘woodland’, ‘sulphurous’, ‘brine and salty’, ‘marine’, ‘sour’, ‘fresh fruity’, ‘bramble and hedge’”.
I like the fact that we are called unusual by the Good Food Guide and creative by Michelin shows that we are pushing and not just cooking the same old same old.
