Set in a 16th-century mews in historic Priestgate, Prévost is the culmination of two decades spent cooking, tasting and learning in some of the world’s best kitchens.
Expect brilliant ingredients and bold flavours as Lee guides your palate on an exploration through freshness, texture and taste. Everything on your plate is meticulously sourced, made from scratch and as local as possible: beef aged by our butcher in Stilton; wild mushrooms foraged from nearby woods; artichokes picked straight from the allotment.
The dining space is light, open and relaxed and service is effortlessly efficient. Lee is more than happy to offer tantalising options to suit all requirements, with a three course lunch starting from just £18.50. If you’d like to swap a dish to suit your tastes or needs, just say the word.
